Mini Malt is a “100% All Natural” (No Artificial Ingredients)
Non Alcoholic Medium – Bodied Nutritious Beverage which contains
added vitamins for increased energy and body – cell growth in
Children and Adults.

NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS – MINI MALT:
Mini Malt nutritional value surpasses all soft – drinks,
juices and milk drinks as it naturally contains more vitamins and
minerals.
It can be used as an excellent meal supplement.

Effective in countering night blindness, weak eyesight.
VITAMIN B COMPLEX
Critical in every aspect of body functions including metabolism and
cell growth.
VITAMIN B1 THIAMIN
Better known as “morale vitamin,” Thiamin is beneficial to the

VITAMIN B6 (PYRIDOXINE)
Especially beneficial to pregnant women, alleviates morning
sickness, a key factor in red blood cell regeneration.
NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS – MINI MALT CONT’D:
VITAMIN B12 (CABALAMIN)
A primary part of DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation.
Vitamin B12 is involved in all immune responses.
VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID)
Protects against urinal and bacterial infection and allergies.
Accelerates healing after surgery, increases infection resistance.
As an antioxidant it reduces the harmful effects of free radicals in
the atmosphere.

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURE:
(1) A combination of selected Malt grains is added to Hot Water 80°c
in a Lauter Tun Vessel to extract the nutrients.
(2) The grains are extracted and the “Wort” Liquid is transferred to
a kettle Vessel for intense Boiling and Concentration. Sugar and
Hops are also added here.
(3) The Liquid is cooled and transferred to a depositing Vessel
where A, B and C Vitamins, Chocolate and Vanilla Flavouring are all
added.
(4) The finished product is then transferred into a Holding Tank,
where natural Carbonation occur which waiting to be bottled.
The entire process takes about 3-days
